Our Web-based file storage and retrieval service warehouses patient records in an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant fashion. The system has a two-fold benefit. The first is security. By having patient files backed up at an off site storage facility, they are insulated from loss, theft or any damage that may result from a natural disaster. The second is accessibility. Whether a practice has one office or several, patient files are maintained in a single location that is readily available from any computer system. This provides for ease of accessibility both during and after a patient’s course of care.

This service can warehouse files converted from a handwritten format to digital from using our Digital File Conversion service. It can also house files a provider may create in an electronic format such as Microsoft Word.

The price for our file storage and retrieval service is $9.95 per month.
